Volvo's sports car, the P1900, is shown in Götaplatsen in Göteborg, a display that drew much attention. Volvo Sport was shown to the general public on 2 June, 1954, at Torslanda airport, and thereafter at a number of different locations throughout the country. 

Notice that the spectators are exclusively men. Not a single woman can be found around the car. Interest among the men seems in any case to be great. (English translation by Goran Freske)
